Return & Refund Policy
Defective Products
- Customer must contact IPC to obtain authorization to return products.
- Customer must provide evidence and/or description of the nature of the product defect. An IPC representative will review the information to determine if we are at fault for the defect (spoiled product, leaking cap, wrong item).
- If the product is damaged by your carrier, IPC will not be responsible for refund or replacement.
- If IPC is deemed to be at fault:
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded at no charge up until the expiration date of the product.
- Shipping costs for replacement products will be paid for by IPC
Non-Defective Products
- Customer must contact IPC to obtain authorization to return products.
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the date of the transaction.
- Special-order products and/or products ordered in unusually large quantities will not be eligible for return.
- Items being returned must be unopened, with all original packaging intact, and shipped at customer’s expense to our Burlington, NJ facility.
- All returned items will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.
- Upon receipt of the items, our staff will inspect the product to determine whether it is in a condition worthy of return and a refund.
- If the item is approved for return, we will initiate the refund process. A refund will be credited to your account, or the funds will be returned via the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Your account will be credited within ten days.
